Create® TV Shows Earn Six Daytime Emmy® Nominations

BOSTON (APRIL 2, 2015) – On March 31, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) honored four Create TV programs with a total of six Daytime Emmy nominations.

A CHEF’S LIFE, a half-hour series following chef Vivian Howard and her husband Ben Knight as they run a fine dining restaurant in small-town North Carolina, earned a nominated for “Outstanding Directing in a Lifestyle/Culinary/Travel Program” and “Outstanding Single Camera Photography.”

Longtime television personality and how-to expert Martha Stewart, host of MARTHA BAKES, garnered a nomination for “Outstanding Culinary Host.” The show, which showcases Stewart’s twists on classic recipes, was also nominated for “Outstanding Culinary Program.”

Television’s original home-improvement show, THIS OLD HOUSE, was nominated for “Outstanding Lifestyle Program.”

VICTORY GARDEN’S EDIBLE FEAST, which delves into the lives of sustainable food innovators and showcases the “real food revolution,” received a nomination for “Outstanding Main Title and Graphic Design.”

The Daytime Emmy Awards will be presented on April 26, 2015. The Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards gala, which honors the more than 65 craft categories behind the many shows that grace the Daytime genre, will be held at the Universal Hilton on April 24, 2015.
